Since 2001,.Grand Prix Andalusians has offered the famous Temerario VII, a 16.2H Grand Prix Dressage Stallion. Temerario VII is a USDF All Breeds Champion from First Level through Intermediare II. Temerario VII was a performer at the Medieval Times Dinner Theatre in California, and has participated in the Rose Bowl Parade. He has approximately a ten show Championships to his credit. Bred by the Garrison Ranch, he is by the famous Champion stallion, Temerario V, out of the gorgeous Spanish mare, Celosa III.
Grand Prix Andalusians is no longer offering Temerario to outside mares. He is 27 this year (2009) and we are being very careful not to tax him.
Our Family: John and Kris met at the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office where they both worked as patrol officers. They studied with the Denver Police Department Mounted Patrol with the intent to start a mounted unit at the County. Their mutual love of horses turned into another kind of mutual love, and they were married in 1991. The union produce a wonderful son, Alex, in 1992. Kris is now an assistant mortgage broker with Prospect Mortgage and works part-time as a freelance writer and videographer.. John retired from police work in 2002. He earned his Colorado real estate license and is now a full time Real Estate Broker. He is also a certified Hypnotherapist and Life Coach with his company, Optimum Mind Management Technologies, www.OMMTech.com
