Every once in awhile a horse is born who is destined for greatness. Tierra's Luna is such a horse. By TemerarioVII out of a Thoroughbred mare, this incredible mare was virtually unbeatable. She carried her rider/owner, Cynthia Collins, under the tutelage of Olympian Hilda Gurney, to a USDF Gold Medal, and was on the USA Olympic Dressage Development Team. Her average Grand Prix score was 66.67% . Unfortunately an injury prevented her from going to the Olympics, but her fame has never dimmed. Just ask any dressage rider if they've heard of Tierra's Luna. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone who has not heard of her amazing achievements. Grand Prix Andalusians is incredibly proud to stand this wonderful mare's father. Luna is the Gold Standard we compare all of Teme's sporthorse babies to. We are excited to watch his other youngsters strive to follow in her footsteps. We are looking forward to seeing one of his offspring win gold in the Olympics someday!
